My firm has started the no-pay leave scheme in April, so I have day offs from time to time. Although this scheme does impact me financially, I do enjoy the time off to stay home and be a leisure housewife.
Like today, I got up at around 11am, get on the internet, take a light lunch and start doing a lot of housework. These tasks are time consuming really! So I don't have time to do them when I 
have go to to work. Now I have the day offs, so I can fully utilised the time and make my home a better place to stay. ha ha..

so it's not a bad thing to have no pay leave actually! To be honest, i'm pleased to have it if my company has the need.
